François Émond
Graphic artist-painter
During his time as a graphic artist and artistic director for a number of magazines over decades, François Émond designed thousands of magazine pages, created mock-ups and played with typography, photographs and illustrations.
Now self-employed, he moves back and forth between graphic design, typography poetry and painting with complete freedom. What is common to all these forms of expression, for Mr. Émond is a desire to leave a visual imprint of the continual upheavals taking place in society and to add a touch of poetry.
He has studied graphic communication and visual art.
