A graduate of the \u00c9cole des Beaux-Arts de Montr\u00e9al (1963), he is both a sculptor and an art teacher.<\/p>\n\n<p>In 2007, he founded an art school with an international vision at the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Rimouski: a place for searching and creating whose main purpose is monumental sculpture and the dissemination of its unusual techniques.<\/p>\n\n<p>During his career, Mr. Langevin has created numerous works that, today, are found virtually everywhere throughout Quebec, Canada and even the world (Mexico, Ivory Coast, Egypt).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The artist Roger Langevin was born in La Dor\u00e9 in the Lac-Saint-Jean region on January 26, 1940.
