Festival Classica presents Mozart’s Requiem

On November 15, for the second consecutive year, Festival Classica and the Harmonie des saisons will launch a fall tour in Saint-Lambert, with a presentation of Mozart’s Requiem. This grand choral mass will be performed in a version on period instruments and will include the impressive Libera Me, written expressly as a conclusion to Mozart’s Requiem by Sigismund von Neukomm.
Forty-five artists will be gathered on stage, under the direction of renowned conductor Eric Milnes. Artistic director: Mélisande Corriveau. Soloists: Hélène Brunet, soprano, Caroline Gélinas, mezzo-soprano, Mark Bleeke, tenor and Marc Boucher, baritone.
The event will take place on Thursday, November 15, at 7:30 p.m., at the Église catholique de Saint-Lambert (Lorne Avenue).
