Lyne Marquis has always been passionate about art. Each painting depicts her personal, openhearted interaction with mystery, an exploration of how the universe works even as it keeps evolving, just as we do. It is about our inner wildness and is connected to everything known and unknown. Her art conveys stories, symbols, instincts, conversations, and above all, dreams.
Lyne studied visual arts at Bishops University in 2007. She has participated in many group exhibitions and solo shows such as Wild Wonder, The Loving Kindness Project, Un temps trois mouvements and the Painting and Poetry Series.
